Frederick L. McQueen is a Board-Certified Christian Master Mental Health Coach (BCCMMHC), Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Christian Fellowship, and CEO of LifeSource Christian Life and Mental Health Coaching in Hamilton, Ohio. He works with people of all ages to provide life guidance, mental health coaching, and Spiritual Counseling.

Pastor McQueen has always been passionate about helping, motivating, and working with people. He believes that God created us as whole being, and therefore, in coaching and counseling (Spiritual and otherwise), we must seek and provide holistic approaches to help people come into their wholeness and to live their best life. He has used approach effectively and successfully over his last 37 years in ministry, 40 years in management, and 24 years in Organizational Training and Development.

I was lead Training Consultant on creating a Service Excellence model for the organization. A couple of months into the project the department I was working with was dissolved, leaving me with everything. However, the CEO and Vice President of Human Resources asked me to continue the work. It was rolled out 4 months later to 7 regional hospitals, and 176 regional doctor and specialty offices.”

Pastor McQueen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Public Administration from the University of Toledo, where he also minored in Social Psychology. He is a Certified International and National Chaplain and is currently working on a Doctor of Divinity degree. He is a family man who has been married to his beautiful wife, Vanessa L. McQueen, for 39 years this year (2022), and they have three daughters Alexis, Traci, and Candace, and one son, Gabriel. He also has one grandchild, Hannah, who is very precious to him, and they all enjoy vacationing together. 

Pastor McQueen is a certified Board-Certified Christian Master Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). He trains organizations on different aspects of Mental Health Care, and helps churches establish Mental Health Ministries. He specializes in Grief & Loss, Spiritual Formation, and working with church leaders and members to assess, treat, and address issues that could compromise the integrity of their organization, church, testimony of Jesus Christ, and faith.
